How does the 14-day trial work?

We wanted to offer an option for people to explore before commitment, since diet tracking takes time. There’s zero cost to get in and set things up. No credit card required. After the trial is over, you can choose to subscribe to one of our offered subscription plans.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, all payments are refundable within 48 hours for our Monthly plan. You can also cancel, pause, upgrade, or downgrade your account at any time. No questions asked.

Can I use Micro on my phone?

Yes, there is some mobile support that makes it usable when you're in a pinch. We're working on development to optimize the platform for complete mobile support as soon as possible.

Do you offer 1-on-1 coaching plans as an add on with the app?

We will be! That's part of our plan to scale Micro. We'll be partnering with some of the best fitness and nutrition coaches in the industry once we validate the beta. Stay tuned!

Can I share my Micro data sheet with my fitness coach?

We are working on full share and viewing permissions within the app, but in the meantime, you are able to export your Macronutrient Trends and Calorie Trends via CSV, PNG, or SVG.

Can I restart my subscription using the same account if I cancel?

Yes. Make sure you use the same account details. If you do this, you will still see all of your past data in the app.
